This agreement forms a binding contract between you and LLM Protocol.

2. Service Description

LLM Protocol provides a decentralized data AI service that includes features such as data labeling, data storage, data provenance and attribution, data integrity, and various other services. All services provide through LLM Protocol by third party providers are required to fully comply with the Terms described herein.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use LLM Protocol services for lawful purposes only and to respect the rights of others. Any unauthorized or malicious use of the services is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify LLM Protocol immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on LLM Protocol, including software, graphics, text, and related materials, are the proprietary property of LLM Protocol or its licensors.

You retain all rights and ownership of your content. LLM Protocol does not claim any ownership rights to the data, information, or content you upload, transmit, or store through our services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your content. You warrant that you have all the necessary rights to use the content and grant the rights and licenses under these Terms of Service.

6.2 Content Standards

Your content must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service. This applies to both labellers and companies using the service. You agree not to upload, transmit, or store any content that:

• Contains or installs any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content.

• Violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

• Advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services.

• Is obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.

• Advocates for or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation.

6.3 Backup and Security

While LLM Protocol takes reasonable measures to protect your content, it is your responsibility to back up your data and ensure the security of your content. LLM Protocol is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to your content.

6.4 Access and Disclosure

LLM Protocol may access, preserve, and disclose any of your content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal process.

• Enforce these Terms of Service.

• Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties.

• Respond to your requests for customer service.

• Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of LLM Protocol, its users, or the public.

6.5 Removal of Content

LLM Protocol reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content stored on or transmitted through our services. Without limiting the foregoing, LLM Protocol shall have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by LLM Protocol, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. 7. Service Availability

LLM Protocol strives to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services. Maintenance and downtime may occur and will be communicated accordingly.

LLM Protocol will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold LLM Protocol, its affiliates, and its licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms.

LLM Protocol reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to services for any reason, without notice, at its sole discretion.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLM Protocol is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
