2. Service Description
LLM Protocol provides a decentralized data AI service that includes features such as data labeling, data storage, data provenance and attribution, data integrity, and various other services. All services provide through LLM Protocol by third party providers are required to fully comply with the Terms described herein.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use LLM Protocol services for lawful purposes only and to respect the rights of others. Any unauthorized or malicious use of the services is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify LLM Protocol immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your content. You warrant that you have all the necessary rights to use the content and grant the rights and licenses under these Terms of Service.
6.2 Content Standards
Your content must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service. This applies to both labellers and companies using the service. You agree not to upload, transmit, or store any content that:
Contains or installs any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content.
Violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
Advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services.
Is obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.
Advocates for or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation.
6.3 Backup and Security
While LLM Protocol takes reasonable measures to protect your content, it is your responsibility to back up your data and ensure the security of your content. LLM Protocol is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to your content.
6.4 Access and Disclosure
LLM Protocol may access, preserve, and disclose any of your content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

6.5 Removal of Content

7. Service Availability
LLM Protocol strives to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services. Maintenance and downtime may occur and will be communicated accordingly.
